D7540: kimap: export target kimaptest

REVISION SUMMARY
  notice I use lowercase "kimaptest".  as in KF5::kimaptest
  I could change to uppercase if you want, but this is not a library people should be using normally

TEST PLAN
  building kdepim-runtime works using this variable.  Will put a patch for that once this one lands.
