PSA: Akonadi ABI break

Hi all,

I haven't broken ABI in over 3 weeks, so it's time to do it again :-) This 
time it's big though, so make sure to recompile *everything* that uses Akonadi 
(so basically the entire KDE PIM). 

I finally merged the XML-generated Protocol implementation and while I was 
breaking things I decided to change how we pass the Commands around. 
Unfortunatelly this is leaking to the interface of Jobs which are used 
basically everywhere, hence the big break. On the other hand the protocol 
specification is now in nice simple XML file, so that's totally worth it :-) 

I promise this is a last one for a while again :-)
