D4986: install helper into kauth directory

  ah, KAUTH_HELPER_INSTALL_DIR is set in a newer kauth than comes with my distro.
  
  to make things nicer, I think we need to tell kalarm to require a minimum kauth that defines KAUTH_HELPER_INSTALL_DIR.  I can do that if you tell me the kauth minimum version needed.
