D5552: avoid qCWarning in ETM for items never inserted

REVISION SUMMARY
  When LayzPopulation is used, items are not inserted into the QHash in monitoredItemAdded()
  therefore a warning for (changed, etc.) items not being known is wrong.
  
  This patch avoids these wrong warnings
