restart akonadi server after package install

Hi,

since package manager is usually running as root, I don't think you can easily 
restart user-session Akonadi. Generally, I would recommend against it since 
you might interrupt some long-running user operation.

If your package manager allows for post-install "suggestions", the package 
should suggest logout/login after installation to apply the changes.
