ktnef moved into kmail.git permanently?

Thanks Luigi, you're right.

Having checked the file contents, I assume kdepim.git/ktnef was moved
to kmail.git/ktnef. Thus kdepim.git[master]/ktnef should be deleted to
avoid confusion.
