[Kde-pim] Reminder: licensing issues in kdepim

There is another issue with kholiday it has GPL3+ ( the rest is LGPL2+) files:
src/parsers/plan2/holidayparserplan.cpp
src/parsers/plan2/holidayparserplan.hpp
src/parsers/plan2/location.hh
src/parsers/plan2/position.hh
src/parsers/plan2/stack.hh

So we end up with GPL3+ for kholiday, that can't ship this together as 
product, that has GPL2 only files.
