Description
-------

This improves experience when using Courier IMAP server, which does not return UIDNEXT in SELECT response. That forced us to always re-fetch the entire folder. Courier however does return UIDNEXT in STATUS response, so we now issue a STATUS command in case SELECT gives us empty UIDNEXT.
