[Kde-pim] Qt 4 Builds

We have been shipping KF5 version, and I must say the last release is
amazingly fast and works great.

*puts on KDE hat*

Please let it die. Vishesh was pretty clear that he will *not* support qt4.
So if it stays someone will have to maintain baloo for it.
