Hi Alexey,

KDE PIM already has Akregator for RSS, but Akregator also shows the
content if you click on an RSS item.

Another similar KDE application is Choqok. It was designed for
microblogging (Twitter, etc), but you can probably reuse the UI or
implement what you want as plugins for Choqok.

P.S.  I'm not a KDE PIM developer.
