KF5AkonadiPrivate is a private library to share some stuff between server and client libs and as such should not be used by anyone else, especially if there are other ways to get the data.

As part of merging of client libraries into the akonadi.git repository I am planning on not installing headers for KF5AkonadiPrivate anymore. This fixes KMail build, there are still complicated deps in pimsettingsexporter and akonadiconsole that I'll need to sort out somehow.
