[Kde-pim] [Differential] [Request, 13 lines] D1039: Make QtWebkit optional when QtWebengine option is enabled

REVISION SUMMARY
  It's already properly conditionalized with the exception of the
  find_package call. Since qtwebkit misses many upstream security fixes,
  so there's no reason to keep it around if you decide to go with
  qtwebengine.

TEST PLAN
  Successfully tested with QTWEBENGINE_EXPERIMENTAL_OPTION set to TRUE
  and FALSE.
