[Kde-pim] Empty wastebin on exit doesn't work on kmail2 v5.1.1

Hi

Seems the config kmailk/misc dialog is a bit flakey at the moment. 
Setting the above option on doesn't work i.e. it does not empty the folder on 
exit and it causes kmail2 to crash on reload.
And if you set this same setting off (or on) and then press cancel button, it 
does not revert the setting to the previous setting, it saves it. 

I have logged both issues in bugs.kde.
