[Kde-pim] Project EasyGpg

Hi,

some of you may already know, Intevation and g10code (the gnupg company) 
together with KDAB have been awarded a development contract for the public 
tender EasyGpg.

There is a bit information in the gnupg wiki about this:

For KDEPIM this will mean basically that we will work on supporting a new 
("Easy") OpenPGP trust model in GnuPG (which will be developed as part of the 
contract) and additional convenience storage / setup options for Mail 
encryption.

Btw. the target for this Project is KDEPIM Master (and not some outdated 
branch) :-)
