Split kdepim

Hi,
Kdepim split was done now.
We can"t use kdepim we use kmail/kaddressbook etc repository.
I created patch for moving po file too in new repo.
I created patch for building with kdesrcbuild.
Etc.

So now when you fix a bug in Applications/16.08 you need to apply manually in 
specific repository.

It's the last split for kdepim*
