I've fixed it with https://phabricator.kde.org/rLIBKLEO69fa56358784f3793129dc8021cd7dc8f70668a9 as this was important anyway.
Now you can also filter for e.g. aheinecke at gnupg.org and it will match my key although the primary uid is aheinecke at intevation.de.
