[Kde-pim] Updated to 5.6 but still fails?

It seems webengine was already present, PIM was just bailing
prematurely due to Webkit being missing.
The current kdepim compilation failure is due to failures in either
the PIM CMake code or the CMake configuration files provided by Qt.
