[Kde-pim] Multiple Merge Candidates, aborting

Hello world,

Have any of you Akonadi developers managed to take a look at this bug: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=338658[1] 
It's been there for a while with no resolution in sight.
There are a few so called workarounds there, but none of them actually fix the problem.

For me, that notification apears almost every 20 seconds.

I've gotten to the point where I ignore all my notifications because I expect it to be this thing again.

I've tried deleting all my local akonadi and kontact (kmail) settings, everything, make it like a fresh install. It worked, for a coupe of days.

I suspect that this reffers to some emails that I have in 2 folders. I use Gmail.
