[Kde-pim] BSI-Projekt EasyGPG

Dear KMail Development Team,

I write to you to ask whether somebody is interested in working together
with us, ecsec GmbH (https://www.ecsec.de), on the project EasyGPG of
the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI).

The purpose of the project EasyGPG is to develop a simple, user-friendly
and effective end-to-end encryption solution. In particularly this
includes modification/extension of KMail. For details (in German) see

We want to bid for this project and are looking for partners for the
task to modify/extend KMail.

If you are interested in working with us in this project, please contact
us as soon as possible to talk about details. Time is short because the
deadline for submission of a proposal is 2015-09-29.
