[Kde-pim] Callflow for accepting ics event invitations via KMail

Hi,

I'm struggling with ics invitations sent by some external contacts. They are single events with an RECURRENCE-ID that makes the event not show up in Korganizer.

Now I want to fix this, either by fixing Korganizer in showing the event (it is, e.g. accessible via akonadiconsole) or by sanitizing the ics before it even reaches the database.

For that I would need to know which parts of code are executed when I click "Accept invitation" in KMail.

rgrep -i recurrence . gives too many results
rgrep RECURRENCE . gives too few


It's related to https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=342031. Although kdepims responses improved, it's still kind of the same problem.
