Hi,

I read through both documents, and I will use them as a starting point :)

My current plan right now is : for each persona try identifying how they would use an email
client and its encryption/signing abilities. In other words, create a story/many stories.
Then try using kmail to fit those stories.
Another thing that I'd like to think about is "why" would they each prefer an offline client
versus an online app.

Sandro : From what I know, KWallet supports using GNUPG for encryption. I propose tying
that to email signing/decryption as a default. It works for me : my current setup is
encrypting the wallet and signing/decrypting mails using the same key. Any thoughts? (Just
an initial idea...)

Thanks again for the warm welcome.

Cheers,

Martin
