Nobody is in charge of pim.kde.org because there is no pim.kde.org anymore. 
All content of pim.kde.org has been migrated to community.k.o years ago. A few 
months ago the remaining PHP dummy redirect pages were nuked and replaced with 
web server redirect rules.

IOW, anything still pointing to pim.kde.org should be fixed.
