I'm sure the new strings were added unintentionally in good faith while trying to fix bugs;
and keeping track of "vcard" vs. "Vcard" vs. "vCard" may not be that obvious to a code reviewer.

I don't think we need a stricter policy: we do need to remember the existing policy
and try harder to stick to it.  kdepim shouldn't get special treatment.
Well, unless the i18n-doc team wants to grant special treatment.
