During my investigation of several problems with kmail correctly displaying email flags, I found places where the message flags were not copied from KMime::Message into Akonadi::Item

This patch does that in several places.

Hopefully I did not do it in places where it's not needed, but as the operation is cheap I think this should not be a problem.
