Once we have AkonadiNext ready, these should work again (since the plan is to
provide Akonadi1-compatible API layer), but eventually should be ported to the
new API.
So I would say it's up to oyu :) You can either drop them, and then we will
write the runners from scratch on top of the new API, or just keep them and we
can just re-enable them in CMake as soon as we ship "AkonadiNext" with the
compat-API.
