[Kde-pim] libkolab version for KDE Applications 15.08?

libkolab-1.0 compiles against KMime master, but it does not compile against 
KMime 15.08.

Wouldn't it make more sense to have libkolab-1.0 branch follow Applications/
15.08 branches of PIM and libkolab master branch follow master branches of 
PIM? This way if we break API in master again you won't have to make a new 
release that is incompatbile with previous stable version, instead you can 
only do releases to track stable releases of PIM and devs will simply compile 
libkolab from git master.

It would also make it easier to have libkolab-1.0 and libkolab-master builds 
in CI to make Kolab resource build on the CI again as well as testing that our 
changes did not break Kolab.
