[Kde-pim] Phabricator Project Setup

Hi

I think it is a good idea to adopt kanban style task / project management.
Having one project as a start and expand from that is also very reasonable.
AkonadiNext is already on Phabricator and could be considered a sub
project.

I would like to use phabricator to track my tasks regarding the QML API and
the phone client based on it.
While the QML API stuff belongs in the AkoandiNext project, the phone
client does not.
