+1, this will work for just fine and will make it easier to see what everyone 
else is planning to break :-)

I would say anything related to development. Currently I have a sticky note on 
the desktop with a random list of stuff I ran into during fixing/porting/
implementing  something in PIM, so moving that to Phabricator for everyone to 
see could be useful. It also means I would go through the list and see what's 
still valid :-)
