[Kde-pim] Releasing KHolidays as a Framework

Hi,

I've finally finished the changes to KHolidays to make it a Tier 1
Framework, and have a patch to kdepim to fix it for the api changes.

In summary:
* Cleaned up the API
* Removed the kdelibs4support dependency
* Changed from Ki18n to Qt tr
* Removed the gui widget
* Reformatted the code using the astyle-kdelibs script

If there's no objections I'd like to push the code to master in the
next day or two and then submit KHolidays for review for inclusion in
a future Frameworks release.
