[Kde-pim] One IMAP resource lost all its folders

With KDE/4.14 and Akonadi/1.13 branch I had it sometimes that *some* 
folders are not displayed at the start of KMail. What I did so far is to 
go to the IMAP settings and select "server-side subscription", confirm the 
settings change, enter IMAP settings again and then deselect "server-side 
subscription" and confirm again.

Then the folders re-appeared.

This is reproducable, but I didn´t come around reporting a bug yet.

But well, you said the whole account was gone. I never had this.

And for me it "just" seemed to disappear from folder list in KMail, not in 
the backend.

I never had this before with 4.14.2 debian packages, so this might be a 
regression. Still, in the end it works better cause KMail and Akonadi 
almost don´t loose each other anymore. (Still happens with Maildir/POP3 
setup quite rarely, but not with IMAP anymore).
