[Kde-pim] Contact categories missing

Hi,

this is a known problem in the new tagging system. Basically we store the tag
IDs instead of categories names and because the resource
(akonadi_contacts_resource) does not know about tags (yet), it just treats the
ID as an actual tag name, and then it all breaks when it tries to resolve the
"id" back to actual tag.

We should look into this next week during the PIM BoF at Akademy.
