All kioslave docbooks except kdepim + kdepimlibs install the their kioslave docbooks in SUBDIR kioslave5

* we should have just one SUBDIR for all kioslaves
* currently the SUBDIR kioslave kdepim + kdepimlibs requires additional rules in the Scripty toolchain to make the translated docbooks accessible
