[Kde-pim] Kdepim* master will not release with 4.14.12

Hi,
Finally there is still more work to do. So we can't release kdepim based on 
kf5 in 4.14.12.
I will postpone it for next release.
Could you use 4.14 branch please for 4.14.12 ?
