[Kde-pim] Resourcemanagment in korganzier [WIP]

Hey,
If you want to organzie events,you don't have only human attendees, you also
have to book a resources (room, car, etc.). I stated now to add support to
korganzier to manage these resources. Actually the interface to modify the
resources needed for an event should be changed via the EventEditor. So I
added a new tab to manage resources [see screenshot]. I would like to get some
feedback.
I also created a AttendeeTableModel to be able to use a model to manage the
attendee list - to show only resources I created a FilterProxy. My though is
also to replace the Attendeestab by a Model/View version. If you ever wanted
to redisign the AttendeeTab, than it is the right point to stand up :)
I used as delegater the Classes that the Attendeetab uses. Unfortuatelly these
use QPushButton and it's hard to get these workable to edit a parameter. Any
thoughts?
It is still WIP, but I welcome all comments/patches/thoughts. The source you
find in the dev/resourcemanagement branch.
