[Kde-pim] Synchronizing local subscriptions with the IMAP serverside subscription state

Hey,

I want the IMAP resource to synchronize the server-side subscriptions with the 
local subscription state in akonadi. This way I want to be able to synchronize 
the full collection list (only the list, not the content), while hiding any 
non-subscribed collections from the UI.

Having the full list available locally then enables me to search for new 
folders to add locally, as well as on-demand population of folders that are 
not synced locally.

This is basically a prerequisite for:
