[Kde-pim] Contact identity grouping

Probably been in the code for a while, but I only had reason to use the 
address selection dialog recently. Damn that is slick and fast. 

Particularly impressed by the grouping of emails under identities, I have no 
idea how its done, but its (correctly) finding emails for people I didn't even 
know I had. Very useful.

Really impressed.
