[Kde-pim] Rough Draft for Project Active Mail

Hi Abijeet!

Looks good for a first draft. Some issues:

* Motivation: why do YOU want to work on PIM / this particular App?

* Future deliverables: This issue will be fixed automatically. You can
delete this part. If you want something extra in case you have more time:
handling of inline replies or  (basic) HTML mail creation

* implementation details: You will be implementing the API as a
QDeclarativeExtensionPlugin not use the API with it.

* before gsoc: I would like to see a list of resources you will study.
E.g. Qt documentation for models, signals and slots, ...

* Timeline/ dev workflow:
We can use your mockup to test the API right away. So I would suggest you
use the first 4 weeks to implement it for the basic features, testing it
with the mockups. Use the next 4 weeks to implement the UI in QML. Use the
last 4 weeks as a buffer / to implement additional features. This way, we
have some nice minimal goals for the midterm (basic api) and for the end
term evaluation (basic composer UI).

* about you: what semester are you in?
