[Kde-pim] configuring Akonadi server

In addition, my own process
launches /usr/share/kde4/apps/akonadi/firstrun/defaultcalendar, /usr/share/kde4/apps/akonadi/firstrun/defaultnotebook and /usr/bin/kres-migrator.

This all fails.
