[Kde-pim] [GSOC] AkonadiClient Progress

Just a quick update about the test cases. I've got Akonaditest to work
properly with akonadiclient and integrated it into cmake. I've also
written a small test case for the copy command.

If anyone wants to take a look at it, it can be found in my github
repository [1] under the unittesting branch.
