[Kde-pim] Will not package kdepim-runtime for 4.13.2 with failing tests

Good. I fixed the other too now in KDE/4.13 and master:

KDE/4.13:
100% tests passed, 0 tests failed out of 41

master:
The following tests FAILED:
         12 - imap-testretrievecollectionmetadatatask (Failed)

Missed that. I am new to contributing to KDE (except for some CRM114 
configuration for KMail years ago and bug reports).
