ETMCalendar: Iterate over the different collections.
=> bugfix

ETMCalendar: Use listfilter to hide non-enabled collections
=> perparation for use of the listfilter. This will not change anything for the current behaviour as we're currently only using the subscribed collections (and the listfilter is the mechanism replacing the subscriptions).
