[Kde-pim] [GSOC] AkonadiClient Progress

Hi everyone :)

A bit of a progress report on how the project is going so far.

I have finished implementing the commands for manipulating agents in
Akonadi (setting their states, restarting them etc.).

Now I'm working on the import and export commands which will allow
import / export of collections. I will also finish writing test cases
for all the commands that have been implemented in the coming days.
