[Kde-pim] Review Request 118902: Add support for Google Blogger V3 API to KBlog

The latest  kdepimlibs commit - a0e84022ce7e3d5672bfeb3fd2ddd114972d087b is generating Blogger::kgapi link errors in kdepim for me. Reverting to the prior commit fixes the error.

I am building kgapi2 from master.
