[Kde-pim] patch handling manual selection of untrusted pgp-key

Hi,

I wrote a very small patch for kmail2/kdepim that should fix a bug, which 
doesn't allows to manually select an non-trusted pgp-key for email encryption.

Please give your opinion and, if everything's fine, include the patch into the 
next KDE version.
