[Kde-pim] libkgapi2 Link errors builibd kdepim

I'm still getting the following errors with clean builds of the latest master 
and I'd appreciate any suggestions. I don't presume that there are errors in 
the code or cmake :) rather problems with my setup, but it used to work - 
something has changed, missing dependency or config option.

I'm do a git pull & reset --hard HEAD on branch master on the following 
modules in this order:

oscaf-shared-desktop-ontologies libkgapi kfilemetadata nepomuk-core nepomuk-
widgets akonadi kdepimlibs baloo kdepim-runtime kdepim
