[Kde-pim] KCalendar application for pim

Hi ,
I was wondering about the fact that in pim , I could find pim applications
like kalarm,kmail but not a kcalendar .Ofcourse there is a konsole kalendar
but that is a command line tool and then there is korganizer but it is not
specific to just calendar  .But how about a fully implemented KCalendar ?
Are there any specific reasons for not implementing it so far?
