[Kde-pim] No imap connection with 4.13.3 and IPv6

Hi list,

yesterday I got an update on 4.13.3, and since then I have no connection
at all. Is there a way to get more verbose output on what is happen?

I've set KIMAP_LOGFILE, but it isn't even created.

I disabled anything in kdebugdialog, and enabled everathing show when
searching for imap, In still get some debug messages from plasma, but
akonadi has only the normal startup message I get on console, too.

When I try the create a new imap-account, or modifying an old one, I get
an empty window with server-info but login-settings detection works.

I tried to enable unencrypted connections on the server, but in the logs
there is no connection at all logged.
