We have history, you need to graft though. You probably want to keep that too.

There's a script for that! There's always a script. :-)
kde-dev-scripts/frameworks/split_out_frameworks.sh

You might want to adjust it a bit (it makes a couple of kdelibs specific 
assumptions), and/or prepare the tier structure in kdepimlibs first.
