[Kde-pim] DAV resource status

Hi All,

The last year and a few months found me unable to contribute to KDE PIM and 
continue work on the DAV resource. Now things are looking a bit brighter and I 
can finally resume work. The bugs piled up rather high, as well as the review 
requests; this will take some time to get back to a normal state, as I'm not 
available as much as I'd like but it'll be done in the end.

Now last time I checked the commit policy was to forward port from the stable 
branch to master. Now there's a framework branch in addition to master and I'm 
a bit confused as to where should commits go for improvements and new 
translatable strings. Anyone can give me a primer?
