[Kde-pim] Frameworks merged in master

Hi,
I merge kdepim* frameworks in master.
Now if you want to use a stable version use 4.14.
Master is kf5 now.

Status of master:
---------------------------
- Compile file
- Work a little => don't use it 

Status of frameworks:
----------------------------------
- Dead: don't use it. I will remove theses branches.

Future:
-----------
I will split kdepimlibs as module.
I will continue to remove kdelibs4support in kdepim* (need to create new 
scripts).


Ben: could you disable build from frameworks ? And disable for the moment 
build from master it will failed during sometime.
